Lean Enterprise Certification Program (LECP)

Description: The Lean Enterprise Certification Program (LECP) helps manufacturers build internal capacity by providing their key staff with a working knowledge of the principles and practices of Lean, Acheiving a Lean Knowledge Certificate consists of a combination of classroom instruction, practical application and a final examination.

There is a total of 32 classroom hours and a minimum of 24 practical hours in this program.
